Executive Coaching
The clear and primary goal of my coaching sessions is to significantly improve your quality of life—both professionally and personally. Throughout the coaching process, we focus on what keeps you awake, preoccupied, hindered, and stressed in today’s world.
Do you need a coach?
- Are you at a professional crossroads? I will help you find clarity, orient yourself, and take the next step forward.
- Is it about developing a (new) strategy? I can act as your sounding board and assist you in designing and implementing it effectively.
- Do you want to lead more effectively? I will serve as the whetstone that sharpens your leadership profile, helping you develop skills and uncover blind spots.
- Do you find yourself trapped in the same behavioral patterns? These habits may have served you in the past, but now they hold you back. Together, we’ll identify ways to change these limiting patterns while preserving the value they once brought. This introspection can be challenging, even painful, but it will ultimately lead to lightness, joy, and abundance in your life.
My executive coaching is always tailored to the needs of each client. The connection and trust between coach and coachee are essential for a meaningful growth experience. I believe that a successful coaching relationship thrives on freedom, which is why I do not offer standard coaching packages unless explicitly requested. You have the flexibility to decide at any time whether and how you wish to proceed.
I regularly schedule check-up sessions where we review progress and plan for the future. This collaborative interaction fosters autonomy and dignity, creating a co-creative process that empowers you to grow and succeed.
Trusted Advisor
I place the utmost importance on discretion and confidentiality. I am an ideal companion for individuals with public-facing lifestyles and those in leadership positions. My services are especially suited for those who, because of their role, find it challenging to receive honest feedback in their day-to-day lives. I never disclose the identities of my clients.
How I work
Broadly speaking, I categorize my coaching support into three types:
Coaching Sessions
I recommend regular coaching sessions, especially at the beginning of our coaching engagement. Intervals of 2–3 weeks between sessions are ideal, but this ultimately depends on your individual needs. Sessions can take place virtually or in person.
Typically, I will work with you for several months, but rarely for longer than a year. Unlike the standard 50-minute sessions, my coaching units are two hours long. I have found that extended sessions lead to greater and more consistent progress. The additional time allows you to start integrating the insights gained during the session itself. This space is essential for fostering both conscious and subconscious acceptance of the changes and developments we explore.
Schedule for a Typical 2-Hour Coaching Session
- Creating the Space: Arriving and connecting to set the tone for our work together.
- Discussion: A deep exploration of your chosen topic to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Integration: A dedicated time to put what you have learned into practice, fostering clarity and growth.
Intensive Day
An Intensive Day is a one-day coaching retreat that can also be integrated into your regular coaching sessions. During this immersive experience, we dive deeply into specific goals or explore your development on multiple levels. As the name suggests, these days are intense and are particularly helpful if you feel overwhelmed by the change process. To allow the retreat’s effects to settle, it is recommended not to schedule anything for the evening afterward, as the impact is often profound and lasting.
What is it all about?
Intensive Days focus on combining deep experiences with sensory engagement and tailored exercises to foster meaningful insights and growth.
Who are Intensive Days for?
These retreats are ideal for those who wish to address deeply ingrained behavioral patterns, tackle specific questions, or embark on a spiritual journey. They are best suited for exploring core aspects of personality or personal development.
Intensive Growth Path
An Intensive Growth Path is a multi-day coaching retreat designed to foster deep transformation and growth. It might include experiences such as a trip to the mountains, a safari, or a desert escape. These retreats are typically recommended at the beginning, end, or midpoint of regular coaching sessions to enhance the overall process. If you choose to embark on the Intensive Growth Path with me, you will follow a carefully structured 6–9 month process aimed at achieving profound transformation. This journey involves making pivotal decisions at life’s crossroads, letting go of what holds you back, and reconnecting with your true self. The Intensive Growth Path provides a unique opportunity for a change in perspective. Through an intensive period of reflection and renewal, you’ll recharge and gain clarity. These coaching retreats are held in special locations that help break free from old patterns and facilitate deeper insight and growth.
